Eh? Eh? I'm getting there, haha. So this piece took me 2 1/2 hours and I did make his head smaller than the reference photo on accident, but Dominic didn't care. He took it. He always takes the drawings that I make of him, but it's a major improvement from the last time I drew him, which was here: The more I do these, the more I see where I need to work on with these portraits. So, I practiced making a black man's nose by just Googling it and then drawing the first guy's nose I saw, then I tried out this portrait. When I showed it to Dominic, he was very pleased, but I can see where it needs more work (aside from the obvious fact that his head is too small. I'm getting a little better with light and shadow, but his collar needed more detail, his ears improved, but I could do better, and I can do better with blending his nose into the picture more to give it more realistic detail like I did on my practice nose.
